BUYER TIPS:

1. Understanding Agency:

You can establish the same relationship with a Realtor that you have with your Doctor or your Attorney.  Do not assume that any real estate agent represents you until you have established that they are working for you.  This is called Single Agency.

2. Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR):

The Accredited Buyer Representative designation is the benchmark of excellence in Buyer representation.  This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners by the Real Estate BUYER’S AGENT Council (REBAC) of the National Association of REALTORS who have met the specified educational and practical experience criteria.

A Realtor who is representing you will help you find the house that is right for you and your family.  They will guide you through the maze of choosing the right lender, home inspector, termite inspector, insurance company and the list goes on and on.

So...if a real estate transaction is in your future, put me to work for you!
